Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with MRJA Vastrahara. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns
We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
All return or replacement requests must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
A complete, uninterrupted unboxing/opening video is mandatory for all return, replacement, and refund requests.
The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The complete unboxing process without any cuts or pauses.
- The product and any damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
Claims submitted without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
- Products that have been used or washed.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Claims made after 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests submitted without a valid unboxing video.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Replacements
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement subject to stock availability.
If the same product is unavailable, a suitable alternative product or a refund may be offered.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
